Exchanges / Refunds:

- If you wish to cancel your order, no refunds will be given.
- You may, however, postpone your order to a later date, with a notice of minimum 48 hours before the delivery date (12am).
- In the event of a complaint, please email the picture of the gift within 24 hours from the time received to email@example.com
- Flower Story and its management promises to look into each case and reserves the right to the conclusion.
- As our courier service is arranged by a third party, we are not liable for damages that occur during handling & delivery.
- Please be informed that all complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery for full replacement or refund of the purchase price should the product or services be found to be defective in terms of workmanship or quality.
